Emerson Repair Administrator in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

We are looking for a Repair Administrator to coordinate all administrative activities in the Repair Center and direct the flow of orders from incoming and outgoing devices, including documentation, considering the target turnaround time.

As a repair administrator you will ensure the repair orders are accurately received, registered, and released for a faster, more efficient, and professional handling of all products that are returned to the factory for the purpose of guarantee, examination, repair, modification and/or calibration orders. You will collaborate with a wide range of customer contact teams to provide support to customers and the business in general related to repair activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • First point of contact for Sales and Service representatives in EPM country organizations and Customer support teams in terms of RMA, order stats, delays, initial technical question.

  • Order entry, quoting and planning of repair orders.

  • Issues RMA numbers for the return of devices.

  • Perform the Repair order planning in balance with the agreed lead time, and team workload.

  • Technical and commercial clarification of repair activities.

  • Materials planning in cooperation with the purchasing department.

  • Coordination and tracking of repair orders from the departments involved in the repair process (engineering, Operation, purchasing, documentation, etc.)

  • Creation of invoices and credit notes.

  • Accurate archiving of the repair documentation.

  • Planning and maintenance of quality objectives

  • Creation and maintenance of the service Center dashboard

  • Tracking of the key indicators

  • Maintaining the department specific QMS documentation.

  • Initiate and contribute to process improvement projects/activities.

  • Detection and reporting of serial or systematic errors.

  • Escalate and follow-up when situations cannot be resolved directly with a potential impact on the customer, business, and quality of the work.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in English: verbal, reading and writing.

  • Relevant training and/or qualifications in Administration/ Commercial and technical training required.

  • Familiarity with Oracle JDE

  • Good ability to understand and perform the initial assessment of technical issues before the units are returned to the factory (in coordination with the subject matter experts)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Basic knowledge of handling CRMoD

  • Communication, telephone, customer service and/or computer skills qualifications
