The Sr. Producer – Hispanic Ministry position exists to be responsible to produce broadcasting, TV, audio, and video content that will be distributed internationally in Hispanic broadcasting stations, TV stations, Social Media, and Digital platforms. This position must ensure that the ministry is actively engaging the Hispanic audience with relevant and high-quality content.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates the logistics of the recordings with the participants involved in each broadcasting, audio, and video production
Develops the biblical-based curriculum and multimedia content distributed to Hispanic churches and Christian organizations in the USA and Latin America
Produces biblical written and multimedia content for speaking engagements that will be used in faith or family events in the USA and Latin America
Speaks for Focus on the Family in national and international Hispanic speaking Engagements
Is responsible for the quality control for each broadcasting, TV, audio, and video p roduction
Extends Focus on the Family Hispanic ministry outreach online by optimizing written content across multiple digital channels
Ensures that the Hispanic media production is uploaded and streamed properly for Hispanic audiences in USA-based and international distribution channels
Plans annual content media strategy for church leaders, pastors, small groups, radio, and TV Hispanic audience
Coordinates live streaming in church events organized by Focus on the Family Hispanic ministry
Ensures that studio, equipment, and all needs are met before every media production
Trains Hispanic church leaders on effective use of Focus on the Family curriculums and media products for Hispanics
Oversees the development and execution of the annual and ongoing planning processes for digital channels
Manages execution of all digital (web, app, & social media) projects and campaigns
Is responsible for quality assurance (writing, editing, & proof-reading) social content
Works in concert with Marketing to plan and orchestrate social media contests, sweepstakes, and marketing campaigns
Stays current on content usability standards and best practices for all digital communications platforms
Researches industry best practices and user behavior to inform social strategy decisions, and keeps up to date with emerging technologies
Maintains and optimizes value from vendor relationships and manage vendor contracts
Participates in on-going training opportunities
Performs data analysis functions across large data sets, using data from a variety of tool sets, encompassing multiple key measures and long-term trend analysis including, but not limited to, marketing, operational, donor, web, and product analysis
Confidently and competently presents analytics findings and recommendations to team & stakeholders
Suggests, creates, and executes test and learn plans to systematically improving site experience and driving key online behaviors.
Persistently drives beyond summary-level observations of performance trends to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Knowledge/Experience:
Position requires a bachelors degree in film, cinema studies, business, communications technology,
Theater or related and 18 months of experience in video and audio production, fluency in Spanish,
Frequent international and domestic

Stewardship Requirements:
This position is a “position of responsibility” as defined in the Focus on the Family Moral Policy. This role is considered a Spokesperson for Focus on the Family and should represent Focus’ position and tone at all times
Salary Range: $51,000 to $61,000/yr
