The Cortland Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for a tenant relations assistant. The position accepts applications, conducts, conducts interviews, property inspections, and determines eligibility for the CHA public housing and section 8 housing. Work is performed in the CHA offices and out in the field at various sites. Applicant must have a 2 year degree in human services or related field and a 2 year degree in human services or related field and 2 years experience involving interviewing, eligibility or substantial direct public contact or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of above experience.
