Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday

Description:

• Repair equipment safely, with as sense of urgency, as breakdowns occur

• Perform Preventative Maintenance according to system schedules

• Provide technical assistance for new equipment purchases and production floor modifications

• Execute and promote safety and risk assessment with all tasks

• Assemble required documentation to transfer new product designs to production.

• Perform & troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general repairs

• Assist in facility additions & renovations

• Understand that the Maintenance Technician position is on call in the event of a production schedule emergency.

Qualifications:

• The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability needed in order to successfully perform the job.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Preferred to have Specialized Training/Schooling in Trades or Mechanical Institution

• 10 years’ experience with electrical and NEC codes in a manufacturing environment.

• 10 years’ with mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in troubleshooting/programing PLC’s and Fanuc Controls.

• Appropriate combination of education and experience may also be acceptable

• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting

• An aptitude for trade skills in conjunction to facilities and equipment is essential for providing day to day reliability in regards to production

• All of duties and responsibilities MUST be done with a commitment and understanding of company safety policies such as LOTO, elevated work, PPE, Hot

• Work and general work place safety including Arc Flash

• Proficient and competent with technical tools, instructions, schematics, and drawings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software
