Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an Customer Data Platform (CDP) Analyst to join a Luxury Retailer headquartered in Dallas, TX. This person will be part of their Product Management team to help undergo a critical CDP migration project to enhance their data management capabilities and drive business growth. This role involves leading cross-functional collaboration with the CDP product manager, engineering team and marketing teams. Responsibilities include ensuring a successful migration, timely completion of CDP tasks, accurate documentation and a seamless onboarding process to the new platform. The analyst will oversee the daily operational performance, create comprehensive documentation outlining the features and capabilities available for the new CDP platform, and manage attribute transfer and deployment verification.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst primarily in data management or with CRM systems

• Proficient working with a Customer Data Platforms, preferably with ActionIQ and Hightouch

• Understanding of SQL, able to construct SQL queries and know how to analyze data

• Bachelor's degree in BA, IT or a related field * Prior retail experience null
