Topgolf Sr. Analyst, Growth Analytics in Dallas, Texas

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in defining, developing, and implementing key financial and operational metrics, designed to accurately monitor underlying drivers

  • Support financial initiatives set forth by the office of the CFO by providing critical insights through analytics and the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of A/B testing

  • Connect the dots between Finance, Operations, and Analytics with a thorough understanding of Topgolf’s data structure and business model, translating data into key business insights and recommendations

  • Design and conduct deep dive analytics with the intent to pin-point underlying drivers and craft actionable recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on data and analytics, applying appropriate statistical methods to drive precision and accuracy in analysis

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to foster alignment and cooperation across the organization in support of key strategic initiatives

  • Identify and provide sustainable visibility through standardized and ad-hoc reporting on key growth metrics outlining the organization’s overall health and milestones

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance (Required) Master's Preferred

  • 3+ Years Analytics and reporting

  • 2+ Years SQL, Python or R, statistical methods, Excel

  • 2+ Years Business intelligence and visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, Periscope)

  • 1+ Years ETL automation (Alteryx, KNIME)

  • 3+ Years Analytical and strategic thinking

  • 3+ Years Problem solving

  • Advanced Analytics – expertise in manipulating large datasets and performing reporting and analysis

  • Coding – SQL, Python or R

  • Data Visualization – QuickSight, PowerBI, etc.

  • Communication – written and verbal

  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving – familiarity with common frameworks, comfort working through ambiguity
