JOB REQUIREMENTS: St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join its Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization\'s endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices. This role also involves ensuring the security, availability, and performance of endpoint devices, as well as providing technical support to end-users. Specific responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and software. Update and troubleshoot workstation BIOS, firmware and drivers. Build and maintain configuration profiles and package applications for automated deployment. Monitor deployments, analyze issues and provide resolution. Test new operating systems and software and develop and oversee implementation plans. - 40% Monitor and manage endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, and patch management. Collaborate with Information Security Analyst to remediate workstation vulnerabilities. - 30% Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain virtual desktop environments. - 20% Develop and maintain endpoint management policies, procedures, and technical documentation. - 5% Provide backup support for User Experience, including but not limited to service desk, computer refresh, classrooms, and infrastructure. - 5% Perform additional duties as assigned and attend College required training. Regular attendance is required.
