ST NORBERT COLLEGE Endpoint Administrator in DE PERE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join its Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization\'s endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices. This role also involves ensuring the security, availability, and performance of endpoint devices, as well as providing technical support to end-users. Specific responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and software. Update and troubleshoot workstation BIOS, firmware and drivers. Build and maintain configuration profiles and package applications for automated deployment. Monitor deployments, analyze issues and provide resolution. Test new operating systems and software and develop and oversee implementation plans. - 40% Monitor and manage endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, and patch management. Collaborate with Information Security Analyst to remediate workstation vulnerabilities. - 30% Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain virtual desktop environments. - 20% Develop and maintain endpoint management policies, procedures, and technical documentation. - 5% Provide backup support for User Experience, including but not limited to service desk, computer refresh, classrooms, and infrastructure. - 5% Perform additional duties as assigned and attend College required training. Regular attendance is required. Work in a manner that is aware of personal safety and the safety of others and observes safety, health and sanitation codes, regulations, or practices required by the College or governmental authority. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and Credentials - - Minimum 2 years experience in endpoint management, including device and software deployment, security, and support - Strong technical knowledge of endpoint operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux - Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices, including, tablets and smartphones - Experience using SCCM, Intune, and/or Jamf Pro desired - Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker, FileVault, and or JSS/Mac desired - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy desired - Industry certifications for software/hardware maintenance and support (i.e. CompTIA, Apple, Google) desired - Working knowledge of PowerShell Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - - Radical commitment to customer service - Highly self-motivated and directed - Strong desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency - Excellent communication skills including written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language - Meticulous follow up and documentation abilities - Highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Applications received by May 14th will be ensured full consideration.
