Description We are inviting applications for the role of Director/Manager of Financial Reporting based in Delray Beach, Florida. This role is centered around leading and synchronizing the company's financial planning and analysis through repeatable and scalable processes. The employment type for this role is permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP& A team and align resources with critical business activities to support the growth of the company.

• Provide decision support analytics for members of senior management.

• Develop real-time business intelligence dashboards for front-office employees.

• Oversee the annual budget and mid-cycle forecasting process.

• Develop financial models to assist executives in making informed business decisions.

• Oversee monthly management reporting.

• Monitor and report on the financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting, and reporting key financial data and business drivers.

• Assist with investor relations.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), Accounting Functions, Auditing, Balance Sheet Account, Budget Processes, Compliance, Private Equity for efficient execution of tasks. Requirements • Proven experience of 5 or more years in a similar role such as Director or Manager of Financial Reporting.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with CapEx.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions.

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is a plus.

• Proficient with all Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Auditing procedures.

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account.

• Adept at handling Budget Processes.

• Proven track record in Compliance management.

• Experience in dealing with Private Equity is desirable.
