Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing daily accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices in SAP, ensuring accounts are kept up-to-date, and verifying the accuracy of financial documents.

• Assist with the review, coding, and entering of invoices into the SAP system in a timely and efficient manner.

• Processing all payment transactions including checks, wires and credit cards, in accordance to financial policies and procedures.

• Working together with the accounting team to close monthly and yearly financial periods, inclusive of journal entries in relation to accounts payable.

• Assisting management in the review and analysis of financial reports generated from the SAP system.

• Conducting reimbursement expenses and invoice processing in line with company guidelines.

• Supporting the annual audit process by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and other documentation as required.

• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in daily financial operations and reporting.

• Helping the Finance team to streamline the workflow, ensuring accuracy and productivity, developing invoice processing best practices.

• Responding promptly to vendor and internal staff inquiries regarding payment status and invoice discrepancies.

• Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience working in accounts payable is considered an advantage, but not required.

• Working knowledge of SAP systems, particularly in applications related to finance and accounting.

• Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles and procedures.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
