POSITION SUMMARY
Establish Nespresso as the leading coffee brand in the addressable market for Out of Home in the segment of Offices.
Co-pilot together with the local distributor a sustainable, profitable growth in a proactive way, defining the local commercial strategy by seizing business opportunities and coordinating the internal/external team and related support functions effectively and positioning Nespresso as a premium sustainable brand in terms of consideration and conversion to new customers in Office segment.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Strategy definition and Execution (together with the local distributor):
Co-pilot and follow-up the development, implementation and execution of the vision and strategy for the Nespresso B2B business for the addressable Offices channels in the market together with the local distributor.
Ensure the adequate market’s distribution network according to the Channel & Distribution strategy, understanding local Ways of Workings and needs together with global priorities.
Collect market & competitive intelligence and share local specificities at an international level. Be a center of expertise of the channel and share internally international Best Practices.
Effectively collaborate with B2C in view to overall brand/business development and management of shared services. Integrate the B2B/B2C into OOH opportunities.
Build Lead generation strategy together with distributor and B2B communication manager for Offices Segment
Commercial Drive:
Participate in key negotiations with main customers/prospects in all the sales argumentations for convincing from the Brand (quality, image, sustainability, experience, differentiation from competitors, etc,).
Participate at an international level to the elaboration and realization of marketing/sales projects in coordination with the local distributor.
Build together the Commercial Plan with the Distributor.
Drive E-comm B2B Strategy for Office Segment as a driver of acquisition and experience generator.
P&L Management:
Continuously monitor budget spend as per Operational Plan (OP) in terms of quantitative achievements vs targets and qualitative respect of corporate audit guidelines.
ARE YOU A FIT?
University degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
Extensive commercial experience including marketing and sales.
OOH Experience/Knowledge
Direct sales experience in a similar business model
Experience in negotiation
Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
P&L accountability
