DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager in our Exton PA Headquarters (hybrid). 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of critical business systems projects and programs within our organization that align to key business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of driving successful system implementations and enhancements to support business operations and objectives. 

Responsibilities:  * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business systems projects and programs, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.  * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify system needs, and recommend solutions to support business objectives.  * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.  * Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.  * Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business partners to execute project activities and ensure seamless integration and deployment of business systems solutions.  * Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and key executives highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.  * Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and utilization of business systems solutions.  * Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.  * Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business systems management and project management. 

Qualifications:  * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.  * 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.  * Strong understanding of business systems concepts, methodologies, and best practices.  * Experience with enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.  Salesforce and Atlassian experience a plus.  * Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.  * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  * Experience managing third-party vendors and external consultants is a plus.  * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.  * Experience in implementing projects from begin to end for small to mid-size companies  * PMP Certification is also desirable
