Job Title : Intelligence Software Trainer

Position Description :

We are actively searching for skilled operations and intelligence experts who have experience with our software vendor's platform to join our team. In the role of Intel Operations Software Trainer, you will be essential in aiding our implementation teams to enhance and support relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with analysts to train and guide users, resolve technical issues, and create new applications, all while tackling unique and challenging situations. This role may involve working directly with users on-site and sharing your insights with software developers to contribute to feature enhancements. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration throughout our global enterprise and ensuring the sustained success of our customers.

Requirements & Desired :

Required

• TS/SCI clearance

• US Passport

• Proficient in integrating intelligence capabilities to support operations.

• Skilled in information management, encompassing data analysis and integration.

• Capable of conveying client software requirements to the development team.

• Experienced in creating and delivering training materials for a variety of user groups.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel overseas for up to 50% of the time, including 90-day deployments every six months.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• A minimum of four years of military experience.

• Background in Special Operations

• Technical expertise, including proficiency in programming languages like HTML, Python, and Java, as well as knowledge of hardware, networks, and server management
