Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Foothill Ranch, California. In this role, you will be involved in the telecom industry, where your main tasks will include supporting the sales team, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication throughout our team. You will also be responsible for following up with vendors, managing data entry tasks, and handling phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving their targets

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services

• Manage data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally

• Manage leads using Microsoft Excel, ensuring they are tracked and followed up on effectively

• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and schedule appointments

• Coordinate sales activities to ensure a smooth sales process

• Use Sage 100 for various tasks as required

• Maintain strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders

• Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar position

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in Sales Coordination

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Familiarity with Sage 100 software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

• PMP certification is an advantage
