You will be the Control Account and Project Manager for the Simulation System Test (SST) IFG Projects team. Our team manages the scope, schedule and cost for IFG Programs.

As the Control Account and Project Manager you will support multiple current and future IFG contracts for the Simulation System Test (SST) IFG Projects team. You will need to be very comfortable with Earned Value Management principles and their application across a large number of Control Accounts and Work Packages

Your responsibilities will include demonstrating experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to:

• Performing cost and schedule variance analysis

• Developing monthly estimate to complete assessments

• Maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); risk/opportunity impacts; implement scope changes; and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.

• Support of onsite events/meetings will be required on occasion.

You would serve as a SuperCAM and work with fellow CAMs and Project Leads to ensure metrics like Schedule Forecast Accuracy, Baseline Execution Index, and Contract Performance Reports are understood and can be articulated clearly.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:

• Control Account Manager / Earned Value Management Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Desired Skills:

Extensive Cost Account Manager experience utilizing LM CAM tools and processes.

Familiarity with the IFG Domain

• F-16, F-22 SAP/SAR Clearances

• Experience in estimating technical development tasks

• Vemo/Staffing Tooling Experience

• Experience in System Integration Labs

• Experience in System Integration and Test

• APTS experience

• EMPOWER experience

• STREET experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
