KPMG is currently seeking a Delivery Lead, Reference Data Management to join our Enterprise Data Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an Agile data delivery team focused on Reference Data Management

  • Engage with the business on a regular basis and develop strong working relationships

  • Understand business priorities and ensure that they are translated effectively into actionable work for the team

  • Use Agile frameworks to document design specifications and acceptance criteria for all requests including screen changes, report design requests, and general data requests

  • Oversee and execute on change control requests using Jira for tracking; direct the Jira process flow for all units of work

  • Work with the business to improve data quality and implement data standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience working within Reference Data Management programs including data quality improvements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Proven experience of successfully leading data teams to deliver; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to business and technical colleagues; comfortable with change, ambiguity, and executing on conceptual ideas

  • High level of proficiency in SQL is required; solid data analysis skills and ability to work within relational databases; cloud application experience and ; understanding of Informatica RDM and Data Quality.

  • Demonstrated competency in data analysis and visualization for reporting purposes; capability to conduct root cause analysis, communicate recommendations and follow through to resolution

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and cross-functional team environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills and extensive experience in a business-facing role; must possess excellent attention to detail and propensity to learn

  • US citizenship is required
