Position Summary:

The Digital & IT Associate is responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues. With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives. This is an on-site role.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

X Does Not Have Direct Reports. Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions

• Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions

• Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost

• Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations

• Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology – both on premise and Cloud based

• Act as a Project Manager as needed for IT projects

• Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations

• Build relationships at all levels to improve business processes and facilitate project completions

• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources; Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

• This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:

o Application Programming

o Software Support

o Engineering Systems

o Business Systems

o Microsoft PowerApps applications

• Additional desired capabilities:

o ServiceNow experience

o CompTIA A

  • o SharePoint

    o SQL Server and Frontend programming experience

    o Engineering or Operations background a plus

    o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer expertise in MS Office365

    o Availability to travel & provide after-hour technical support as agreed & in line with defined projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)

    • 0-3 years related IT experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

    • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

    • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
