What you’ll do:

As a senior manager you will lead a team of engineers to maintain and enhance the capabilities of the Security Master platform. This role will drive execution against objectives while managing priorities, budgets, staffing and development within the team.The role includes the leadership and management of both full time employees and contractors, including the vendor relationships with partner firms. The role requires a leader who will focus on improving the software quality, platform and technology service in close collaboration with business and other technology teams (architecture, production support, platform services, QA).

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience running medium to large/complex projects withmultiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum/XP) processes in planning,implementation and support of business application components, including change& release management

  • Strong technology affinity and experience, as well as attention to detail& the ability to design, execute & maintain strategic goals &metrics. You should possess a broad and deep knowledge of IT/softwaretechnology & trends, domain knowledge and experience in infrastructuresupport, application development, and database administration. Your technologybackground will include: client/server, web services, portal, middleware,operating systems, databases, networking, security & business intelligence.

  • A strong knowledge of software development, testing, maintenance and support isrequired.

  • Professional experience leading teams that built distributed scalableenterprise-class applications

  • Strong background in Java and/or .Net development of server and service based solutions

  • Experience with Unix, Oracle, MongoDB, messaging and caching technologies

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced andfocused team

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multipletime zones and locations

  • Proven ability to identify, attract, recruit and hire talent, and to build high performing teams

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide direct, timely performance feedback; experience setting direction, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
