Our Opportunity:

The Identity Management team supports various solutions for identity registration, access provisioning, access certification, role management, role mining, access analytics, segregation of duties and authentication. Applications include third party products such as Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle eSSO, NetIQ eDirectory, Gurucul Risk Analytics. We also build solutions utilizing Java, .Net and scripting tools.

You will be responsible for ongoing product implementation, design, and review activities on the OIM track. You will work with an extended team to deliver releases including integration, test, and deployment activities. You must be self-directed and able to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Finally, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and deploy upgrades, changes and releases to our OIM solution including integration with target applications and services

  • Provide technical oversight to other team members

  • Make solid architectural choices to grow and enhance our solutions and services over time

  • Use your deep understanding of our products and services to establish a roadmap that meets the needs communicated by our business partners as well as look for opportunities for simplification and business process efficiency

  • Interact with individuals across Schwab’s business groups and supporting organizations to successfully complete technology projects and enhancements

  • Represent the IdM Team in various partner meetings and provide subject matter expertise

  • Work with internal and external teams to deliver according to plan and develop contingencies when the unexpected occurs

What you have:

  • 5+ years of Java Development / ADF Experience

  • Experience with Oracle Identity Manager 11gR2 PS2 + Custom Connector Development

  • Approval workflows

  • Custom event handlers

  • Custom scheduled tasks and reconciliation

  • Supporting integrations across multiple application environments

  • Following internal processes during integrations across multiple application environments

  • Delivering quality deliverables on time

  • Supporting testing of deliverables on different environments

  • Tracking and reporting ongoing integration status effectively

  • Identifying risks and challenges by interacting with different teams so same can be highlighted to the project team effectively

  • Improvise on current development landscape, based on lessons learned

  • Capability to adapt to changes to platform and technology

  • Strong experience with identity management, concepts and implementation

  • Strong experience with customization or development

  • Flexibiltiy to work with different operation systems such as Unix, Linux, Windows

  • Strong concepts of LDAP, active directory, database

  • Strong concepts of overall user access management / Oracle Access Manager

  • Experience working with large infrastructures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
