Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for several entry-level Customer Service Manager positions in the Fremont and San Leandro, CA areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for managing assigned group of employees and client accounts. Will serve as their main point of contact, and provide solutions to any reported issues. Retention of employees and clients is a core goal.

  • Will work as part of a leadership team for multiple branches, helping to identify key initiatives and craft long-term plans and solutions.

  • Will assist with new clients. For existing clients, will conduct site visits and quality control audits of company-provided services. Will also analyze each client individually and ensure services being provided are a good fit.

  • Will assess assigned employees, train, and develop to improve performance. Will also step in to perform core duties of assigned employees as needed.

  • Maintain compliance with company and legal standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a positive attitude are most important requirements!

  • Early morning shift (4:00 a.m. start time) and partial weekend work required on occasion.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

  • Moderate to strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs required.

  • 1-2 years’ customer service experience in a retail and/or merchandising experience preferred.

  • 3 years driving experience, valid Non-CDL Class C driver license, and good driving record required.

  • Must be able to pass a drug test.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
