The Customer Care and Demand Fulfillment BPA helps tosupport, develop and/or re-engineer processesunder the direction of the Customer Care and Demand Fulfillment Enablement Team.

This role requires candidate to scope problems, provide ideas and/or solutionsto support alean working environmentwithin Qorvos Order to Cash and Demand Forecasting workstreams.

The CCDF BPA alsosupports critical Master Data (Customer, Pricing, etc.) as well as resolves issues for Inside Sales, Demand Management and CCDF Reporting,either through direct support or trouble-shooting methods.

Daily responsibilities vary asthis role supports a complex and rapidly changingbusiness environment.

Typical responsibilities:

  • Considered knowledgeable in various aspects of SAP ERP systemto support the OTC Workstream

``` - Master Data, interfaces, reports, transactions tosupport Inside Sales, Finance, Credit, etc.

``` - Considered knowledgeable in various aspects of Demand Forecastingto support the SOP Process flow

``` - Liaison between Qorvo IT and internal/external customersto support and improve our OTC processes

``` - Manages projectsof varying complexity within the OTC WS - Creates detailed Business Requirement Document/User Storiesbased on internal/external customer request - Creates Test Plansdesigned to ensure rigor and stability of released processes - Supports and/or coordinatesUser Acceptance Testing - Provides documentation and/or training materialsto support the process

``` - Trains peers and associatesas needed to foster cross-organization learning

``` - Performs complex data analysesusing queries, reports, other forms of data mining tools to understand trends and/or solve problems through root-cause analyses

``` - Participates or leads cross-functional teams, using lean principles(A3, 8S, etc.) to resolve problems within OTC

``` - Heavy involvement or leadership ofMandA activities, particularly around SAP/ERP integration

Other experience and qualities

  • Ability to articulate the big picture while often living in the details

``` - Proven experience or SME* in large-scale ERP systems, preferably SAP.

``` - Proven knowledge of lean practices, lean certification*

``` - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

``` - Proficient in Microsoft tools (PP, Excel)

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business or relevant years of experience.

``` - At least 2 years of relevant experience

For this position the preferred location is Greensboro NC, however, we are open this position also being located in our Richardson TX or Hillsboro OR location.
