Job Description

One of our top state clients is looking for a Senior BA to join their team. This individual will be working on a variety of projects including IT iterative releases and outcome report projects. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years as a BA, with experience supporting requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation. They must have extensive experience supporting UAT testing, attending stakeholder meetings, and reporting system defects and issues. This role is remote, however the first day is onsite for onboarding/training. The ideal candidate must sit within 2.5 hours of Harrisburg, PA.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years as a BA, with experience supporting requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation

Extensive experience developing test scripts/supporting UAT testing and serving as a liaison between the development team and project stakeholders

Experience attending stakeholder meetings with high level executives and providing feedback/guidance on project timelines

Experience documenting test results, identifying gaps and reporting system defects and issues null
