Family-owned business seeking a full-time administrative assistant with financial services experience preferred. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize workflow, have excellent follow-up skills, and be proficient with computers.

Duties include preparing illustrations, completing and processing applications, scheduling appointments, processing forms, filing, ordering office supplies, interacting with clients on the phone and in-person, and working with insurance and investment companies via phone and through written correspondence.

Pay commensurate with experience.
