The Role

Report to Senior Facilities Manager you will sit on-sire at the client's impressive and colourful Hong Kong Head Office. Playing a vital role in coordinating all mails and events.

For the successful person, this is a unique opportunity to immerse in one of the world’s most iconic banking brands, putting yourself on the map within CBRE, and working towards a promotion up to Facilities Coordinator.

Central IFC.

Immediate start is available.

A typical day may involve:

  • Assist concierge in providing general hospitality services while maintaining a client-ready office environment.

  • Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings. This includes reserving conference rooms, ordering equipment, and coordinating catering needs.

  • Receive and record incoming and outgoing mails.

  • Route, sort and distribute mail.

  • Order office supplies and other common-use items for the mailroom.

  • Maintain inventories and troubleshoot regarding missed deliveries.

  • Check daily and replenish all mail, postage and stationery supplies.

  • Courier handling and manage outside courier.

  • Collect and deliver mails from/to post office.

  • Collect mail from main building.

  • Internal mail collection/distribution.

  • Prepare mailroom operation reports and manage the data available.

  • Answer common inquiries and request for printing and mailroom operation.

  • Handle printing job and booklet binding as requested.

  • Request building and equipment maintenance services.

  • Respond to complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Hand Delivery of document to Central, Admiralty, Wanchai areas and West Kowloon.

  • Other FM support as requested, e.g. poster printing and posting

Requirements:

  • (ESSENTIAL) - High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • (ESSENTIAL) - Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straight forward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
