POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Manage brand retail team

  • Support the tremendous growth and maintain/upgrade operations.

  • Build a strong and skillful operations team in order to achieve company goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage HK & MO retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures

  • Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company targets according to company KPIs setup

  • Manage all stores to perform and grow according to objectives with support of and ability to present analysis, sales tactics, retail insights and general constructive input

  • Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail staff, responsible for team building, coaching, training and staff development

  • Liaise and coordinate among various supporting functions including Merchandising, Logistics, Finance ,HR and I.T. internally and landlord externally

  • Develop the first class operations team to support company growth in long term

  • Take ownership of ad hoc retail operations optimization projects.

CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization.

TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances. Able to build a team with high level of execution ability.

ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; Able to adapt changes with positive thinking

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience : At least 10 years of relevant retail operations supervisory/ managerial experience. International fashion label is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor degree in business or related discipline

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical skill

  • Strategic mindset

  • Strong communication in verbal and written

  • Independent, problem solver skill

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong business mind

  • Good in English spoken and written
