Job Description

An employer in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas is looking for a Program Change Manager to join their Subsurface Computing team. This individual will be responsible for creating a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project, develop, deliver and manage key communications, and create actionable deliverables for the change management plans.

The change manager will:

 · Develop, deliver and manage key communications

 · Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders

 · Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

  * Complete change management assessments

  * Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics

  * Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project

  * Create actionable deliverables for the change management plans to:

  o Support and engage senior leaders

  o Coach people managers and supervisors

  o Integrate change management activities into the project plan

  o Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  o Manage stakeholders.

  o Track and report issues

  o Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  o Support change management at the organizational level

Skills and Requirements

10+ Years of Experience As a Change Management Professional

Technical, Product or Software Change Management Experience

Strong Communication Skills - leading workshops/trainings, creating news letters, stakeholder/executive level engagement

Oil & Gas Industry Experience

Enterprise Level Change Management Experience - 200+ End Users Subsurface App Exposure

On Prem/Cloud Project Experience null
