Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Scrum Master for one of our clients. This person will be joining the Corporate Direct Development team, responsible for managing and maintaining applications that support direct bookings for corporate customers. This includes a medium size self-service platform that operates live to all corporations. The business has been driving to increase feasibility and accessibility to this application by expanding the customer base and adding enhancements to the application itself. The Senior Scrum Master will be working with multimillion dollar projects and interfacing with multiple teams on a daily basis, including the Corporate Direct Development team, the UI team for Business, the UX design team, and the Salesforce team. He/she will be responsible for leading daily scrum meetings, and alleviating blockers in the Agile environment. This person will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and navigating priority requirements. New upgrades are consistently being rolled out in the application, and this individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Lastly, this person must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment onsite 2 days/week.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Experience running daily Scrum meetings in an Agile environment with 2 week sprints

Experience managing Jira

Experience working in an enterprise level environment with multimillion dollar projects

Experience managing 2-3 teams (Developers, UI/UX,QAs, etc.) Experience with Kanban within Jira

Experience in the airline industry null
