Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Manager, GNC to join their team in the Webster, TX area. This person will be responsible for overseeing the development of the GNC system, GNC algorithms, and simulation models. They will use manage 15+ engineers and collaborate with other departments to reach deadlines. Finally, this person will work with subcontractors and clients as the main point of contact for anything regarding GNC.

Skills and Requirements

12+ years of experience as a GNC engineer and leader

Strong leadership experience

Excellent communication

Proven experience driving production and meeting deadlines

Spacecraft rendezvous and docking experience

Experience overseeing a team of 15+ Attitude control experience

NASA Trick Simulation experience null
