5-7 years CNC experience minimum in CNC Lathe Operation, Set-Up and torubleshooting. Read and interpret technical drawings. Must have the ability to work in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross training, and customer service. Understanding of G&M codes Knowledge of Fanuc and/or HAAS controls General knowledge of plastics, and different components used in Milling or Turning. Experience in cleaning, deburring parts. Have the ability to work as a leader, responsible for themself and teammates.

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Measure dimensions using various conventional measuring equipment, i.e.

micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc. (prior to first article sign off, and then

during the run cycle)

Work on assignments with minimal supervision

Comply with all quality practices

Comply with all safety protocols

Maintain a clean organized work area

Perform tooling offsets and make adjustments as needs

Responsible for program repeatability (any program changes must be saved for

future use)

Operate and do maintenance and preventive maintenance on machinery

Train and develop Technicians.
