Network operations analyst for network monitoring, troubleshooting and expansion activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for overall network engineering support for a broad range of programs including planning, designing, and evaluating various components of the network. Duties may include providing specifications for network architecture, evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance current capabilities, and performing needs assessments. Support level duties may include monitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of network equipment.

IMPACT:

Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area. Typically, responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.

COMPLEXITY :

Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.

COMMUNICATION :

Communicates with internal and client project team members.

Basic Qualifications

Cisco CCNA certification or working knowledge with hands on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Cisco CCNP certification or working knowledge and experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
