Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 12 years of experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

• Experience with systems implementation in Go-To-Market domains (e.g., Support, Marketing).

• Experience with solution design in Go-To-Market or in Data/Analytics domains.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning and statistical analytics.

• Experience with third-party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing.

• Understanding of data management practices (e.g., Data Integration, Data Security, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality).

• Participate in systems implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution).

• Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements.

• Own and drive improvements to application frameworks. Work with internal teams to develop proper intake, security, implementation, and support.

• Increase efficiencies (e.g., Faster time to Market, Lower Total Cost of Ownership) for users.

• Use data based decisions to determine which applications and solutions are required for solutions.
