What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/HUMINT Reports Officer you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF CI/HUMINT Reports Officer you will embed at

McCully Barracks, in the city of Wackernheim, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties as CI/HUMINT Reports Officer will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control of CI/HUMINT reporting.

  • Review, correct, track, and organize reports, ensuring compliance with USAREUR-AF and DoD standards and all applicable policies and regulations. Coordinate with USAREUR-AF units to ensure consistency.

  • Conduct de-confliction and coordination of reported intelligence with the US Defense Attaché Service and other USG organizations.

  • Support the HUMINT Operations Center (HOC) with Human Intelligence and Operational Reports and Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA) with Counterintelligence and Operational Reports.

  • Provide HUMINT reporting metrics, including intelligence information reports (IIR), Technical Report/IIR compliance, answered SDRs, and Priority Information Requirement (PIR) coverage addressed by reporting. Identify trends on topics, locations, and collection elements.

  • Provide reporting metrics, statistics, and data to assist during Source Review Boards (SRB) and operational analysis related to HUMINT.

  • Provide quality assurance feedback to collection platforms.

  • Track collection element reporting and contribute input to HUMINT Operational Analyst and Collection, Management, and Dissemination (CM&D) section.

  • Provide input to HUMINT Summary (HUMSUM), analytic RFIs, and other requested information and metrics.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and 10 Years experience supporting CI / HUMINT Mission Area

  • Current TS-SCI Clearance

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills

  • Possess knowledge or have specialized military experience as a HUMINT Collectors/CI Agents (35M, 351M, 35L, 351L, MAGTAF-CI, CISOC, SOC, or DATC)

  • Counterintelligence Source Operations Course (CISOC), or Source Operations Course (SOC), or Marine Air-Ground Task Force – CI/HUMINT (MAGTF-CI), or Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or other AR 381-100 recognized HUMINT Category I/II certification courses.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Recent experience supporting Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
