Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Wing Tactical Datalink Analyst/Program Manager to support a federal contract.

Essential Job Functions

• Be the central point of contact and subject matter expert on all Tactical Datalink (TDL) operations for NAS Whidbey Island.

• Perform analysis of physical configurations, architecture, and operations to determine baseline datalink capabilities, conduct gap analysis, and develop recommended solutions based on gap analysis.

• Ensure integration of the local NASWI Link-16 ground station and its satellite facilities.

• Provide Cryptologic Security (COMSEC) support including but not limited to the production, maintenance, and adjustment of applicable Network Design Documents and Joint Tactical Information Distributing System Network Libraries (JNLs)

• Facilitate systems modernization, integration, installation, evaluation and training for sustainment and enhancement of existing datalink technologies.

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Complete and maintain at least a TS/SCI security clearance, and should be eligible for a Special Access Program (SAP) security clearance at time of award.

• Joint Network Integration: three (3) years of experience in the operation of Department of Defense Tactical Datalinks such as or similar to Link-16, as either an operator or Interface Control Officer (ICO.)

• Have the knowledge and expertise to make Link-16 network design changes in support of EA-18G Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
