This position requires you to serve as a key contributor to the maintenance and optimization of the client's network and wireless infrastructure. What you get to do every day

• Test, configure, install, and maintain application software, system management tools, and operating systems

• Take preventive action to safeguard the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

• Track an assay application performance for potential bottlenecks, determine possible solutions, and collaborate with developers to achieve those fixes

• Register and conserve custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support

• Oversee and follow up on all installed systems and infrastructure

• Administrate backup, security, and redundancy strategies

• Partake in the design of information and operational support systems Requirements - Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems is required for success at this position

  • This position will be the best fit for a candidate who have solid networking knowledge

  • Experience with virtualization and containerization is required for success at this position
