Responsibilities This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise: * Provides daily work direction to frontline associates * Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics * Leads daily performance meetings * Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action * Makes daily decisions impacting the business * Handles all team performance and personnel issues * Manages time and payroll systems * Kronos systems

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications * High School Diploma required * Bachelors degree or equivalent background preferred * Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Required * Microsoft Office efficient (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) * 3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Required * Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills * Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You * Able to Instruct and Teach Others * Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work * Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities * Knowledge of General Regulatory and Safety Processes and Procedures * Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
