Part of the Financial Analysis team within the E2E Finance FP&A COE group. Provide support for business cases, apply advanced analytics to predict the financial impacts and implications of changes or potential changes to capital projects and portfolios, product mix, yield, and supply, major operational, supply chain or network changes and other major changes to the E2E business. Complete advanced analyses and modelling that is not offered as a standard output from the FP&A Reporting & Insights team. Contribute insights, narrative, and advice on the analysis to support understanding and decision-making related to the financial and operational aspects of the situation or opportunity.

*REQUIREMENTS:   *

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, or other quantitative degree such as Economics, Science, Mathematics or Engineering; or Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, or other quantitative degree such as Economics, Science, Mathematics or Engineering plus 1 year of experience in the offered position or related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:     

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time". Required expertise/knowledge includes:

• Understanding of advanced analytics and statistical software, including RStudio and Python.
• Experience in data mining of structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with visualization software, including Power BI and Qlik Sense.
• Experience in global scientific/ pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in finance or business analytics including undertaking financial analyses of production, product mix, supply chains and networks using a range of analytical and modelling methods.
• Experience in math, statistics, and modelling.
• Experience using Alteryx or other analytics/automation software.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions and work collaboratively.
• Ability to explain and provide context on statistical methodology.
