If so, you should read further. Danfoss Climate Solutions' HydronicS Division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Floor Heating Controller & Electronic Thermostats Product Team in Kolding.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a cross-functional and self-organizing Product Team in an agile environment being responsible for products throughout the full lifetime from Development to maintenance and end-of-life phases. In this role, you'll spearhead projects integrating mechanics, electronics, software and mobile apps.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead projects from NPD projects (Development) to PMI activities (Maintenance) with full Value Chain perspective, ensure quality and deliverables within agreed deadlines.

• Lead the Product Team of colleagues within RD&E, Supply Chain, Procurement and Product Management and ensure motivation and high performance through Indirect and Situational leadership.

• Lead the project in an agile way to ensure efficient way of working, fast decision processes, continuous retrospective learnings and meet Time to Market objectives in a changing environment.

• Lead effective communication with key stakeholders.

Background & Skills

To succeed in this position you should have several years of Project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment with the ability to facilitate good cooperation across a matrix organization.

• You have Project management experience with solid Value Chain knowledge across supply chain, procurement, RD&E & Product Management.

• You have experience in Project process, Project quality, continuous improvement and optimization

• You can motivate the team and lead the way forward in a changing environment

• Be an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills and passionate about working with cross functional colleagues

• Be resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks in collaboration with the team and look for different ways to achieve the objectives

• Have experience working in an agile environment with continuously learning and adjusting to meet the project objectives

• Have interest of and experience in Business Acumen being able to work closely together with our Product Owners and ensure we have an outside-in perspective

On a personal level, you have a positive attitude, high engagement, strong people leadership skills combined with good presentation and communication competences.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Have at least bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably within electronic and software

• Have at least 4+ years of experience from a similar position, or as people manager

• Communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking
