Responsibilities Receives all POs moving through main facility or the main office. Notifies plant/farms/office of small package deliveries. Maintains data on tracker deliveries and STOs Print receiving documents from Excel and file for use. Check in inbound trucks, print pallet tags for appropriate PO#, and furnish to dock personnel. Accept and document in and outbound appointments from carrier dispatchers. Change dock appointment schedule within SAP to match written appointment book Check drivers in and out making sure they have correct load and paperwork. Facilitate drivers signing paperwork and may need to accompany driver out to truck and seal rear of trailer. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. Ensures the effective and efficient confirming and billing of products to our store customers. Monitors picking and shipping and relieves inventory at the appropriate time. Performs cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Prepares driver delivery tickets and prepares driver route boxes. Any other duties needed to support the performance of shift. Carrier check-in and out Verify that all necessary documents accompany the load, such as export papers, certification letters and hold letters. Note discrepancies on bills, and notify the Inventory Analyst of them. Transportation/Logistics planning on an as needed basis using cloud service E20open. Load preparation for warehouse picking. Answer and direct incoming calls quickly and efficiently, as necessary. Fax necessary documents promptly File daily documents and shipments. Compile daily workload/schedule in Excel spreadsheet(s) and work with shift supervisors to distribute workload evenly. Ordering/maintaining office supplies: seals/temp monitors, etc. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. Perform other duties assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correcspondence, and memos. Accurate data entry skill Strong interpersonal skills.
