Summary

IGT Lakeland, a leading high-speed printing and packaging operation, is seeking an experienced ISO Compliance Manager to join our team. Operating in the lottery ticket industry, we serve players worldwide with instant scratch lottery tickets. The Compliance Department plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to quality standards and obtaining various certifications such as ISO 14000, ISO 27000, SOC 1 and 2, State Ramp, and client-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight:

Ensure compliance with state, government regulations, and industry-specific certifications (ISO, SOC, etc.).

Internal Auditing:

Support internal auditing of existing procedures.

Continuous Improvement:

Provide guidance for continuous improvement and client complaint response.

Certification Maintenance:

Maintain ISO certifications and other industry-specific certifications.

Compliance Management:

Manage various compliance activities, reporting, and documentation.

Develop strategies to prevent violations of legal rules and internal policy guidelines.

Evaluate the efficiency of controls and identify risks or non-conformity issues.

Revise procedures and reports as needed and provide necessary training on compliance issues.

Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Review, audit, and update compliance procedures as required.

Interact with internal and external auditors and develop compliance training programs.

Other Responsibilities:

Establish objectives and measure results for the departments under supervision.

Define training needs and propose training plans.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related fields.

Audit experience.

Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certified ISO Management.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $76,179 - $180,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
