Position Overview
Navistar Financial has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Process Architect.
The Business Process Architect will report into the Business Development Director and oversee conceptualization through creation of financial processes, policies, and procedures for new business development opportunities. In this position you will be responsible for converting high level business requirements into a defined project scope (budget, time, resources) and then leading cross functional teams to deliver the individual elements from business areas including but not limited to Credit Risk, Operations, Funding, Securitization, Legal, IT, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. In this position you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that result in year over year volume and profit growth, while delivering a customer experience second to none.
Responsibilities
Define the scope (budget, resources, time) required to implement new business development opportunities.
Create and execute detailed project plans.
Lead the cross functional team to deliver the processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
Deliver solutions in compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Develops long term growth initiatives and plans.
Motivating, developing, and providing leadership to the assigned team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 12 years of process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 8 years of process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 14 years of process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
