Our Opportunity:

As a HR ServiceNow Administrator, you will join a collaborative HRIS team, with a primary focus initially on the implementation of HR's ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and building solutions that meet current and future business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner and work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, translate those requirements into solution recommendations, and implement functionality to meet objectives.

  • Recommend process improvements through more effective use of the ServiceNow system.

  • Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development/configuration, quality assurance and release management.

  • Actively research new enhancements and releases in ServiceNow to ensure the system is up to date and new features are being adopted that could improve the overall employee experience.

  • Partner with other HRIS team members, IT and other HR centers of excellence to ensure best practices are being followed and maintained appropriately.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow.

  • Be responsible for performing analysis, design, testing, support and project management.

  • Create and maintain configuration documentation, assist in end-user training including training of tier 1 and tier 2 resources.

What you have:

  • Significant experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow.

  • Related college degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, project management ability, and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Big picture and forward thinker with ability to develop recommendations for improving and streamlining processes.

  • Action oriented; able to work independently and with a sense of urgency; possesses ability to juggle multiple deadlines and initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organization and management levels.

  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, etc.).

  • Show awareness and sensitivity to confidential data.
