The Non-Conformance Engineer is responsible for performing root cause analysis, investigation and disposition of non-conformances in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or non-conformance engineering role.

  • 1-3 years’ experience using hand measurement devices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of quality control and statistical process control methods.

  • Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).

Desired Skills:

  • Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for non-conformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Review and assess product quality and performance, including inspection data and other relevant information.

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.

  • Communicate non-conformance issues and recommended corrective actions to relevant departments and management.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of all non-conformance activities, investigations, and resolutions.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the frequency and severity of non-conformances.

  • Adhere to all relevant quality control standards and procedures.
