JPMorgan Chase Field Execution Lead - Senior Associate in Los Angeles, California

As a Field Execution Lead (FEL) in Business Banking (BB), you will report to the Community Strategy Support Director and are aligned as field support to Area Managers. As an extension of the Division, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Business Consultant event process/execution, and ensure successful implementation and execution of national strategies. BB FELs partner closely with business managers, the program team, and internal controls partners, to support field leadership and help remediate emerging controls issues. BB FELs play an integral part in enhancing employee and client experience through the gathering of best practices, and acting as a voice of the field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business managers, the program team, and internal controls partners to support field leadership and help remediate emerging controls issues.

  • Support field leadership by ensuring understanding and reinforcement of key messages.

  • Field questions that accompany new initiatives and address emerging issues that impact the field.

  • Function as primary control/support for Senior Business Consultant event control process.

  • Assist with planning and execution of key community events.

  • Meet with Senior Business Consultants 2-3 days per week in the field/remotely, depending on geography, collecting best practices and escalating them nationally.

  • Engage on workstreams within projects and assist with the development and execution of strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to forward decision-making.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Ability to take a project from initial roll-out through to execution.

  • Understand the importance of operating in a well-controlled environment.

  • Thrive in a collaborative work environment, and is comfortable with being remotely managed.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, (oral and written), and partner with key stakeholders.

  • Work in a fast-paced, behavior s driven environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
