Google Global Product Solutions Senior Associate, Measurement and Audience in Los Angeles, California

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing customer relationships and communicating change.

  • Experience managing multi-dimensional and international projects.

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products).

  • Experience influencing without authority based on data and analytics.

  • Experience with advertising products, as well as traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategies.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Build knowledge of customer needs across geographies, industries, and customer segments in collaboration with Sales and Operations partners.

  • Translate advertiser needs into strategies and roadmaps with Product and Engineering partners.

  • Lead measurement and audience solutions, as well as on Marketing Objective alignment.

  • Collaborate with partners in Sales, Marketing, and other organizations to develop and drive activation programs.
