Jeff Abrams with Robert Half is excited to partner with an exceptional company in the search for a Financial Planner to join their esteemed team. The Financial Planner position is a critical role which supports and furthers the objectives of the entire Wealth Advisory team. The Financial Planner will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans, provide strategic advice on investment, retirement, tax, risk, and estate planning, and oversee the implementation of curated plans. • Meet with clients and prospects to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the client’s objectives and financial situations.

• Actively make client recommendations consistent with the client’s financial plan and Investment Policy Statement. Understand and think strategically about each client’s financial planning including performing general research in areas of investments, income tax planning, estate planning, and impact of recent regulations.

• Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, adjusting as needed.

• Provide strategic advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning. Educating clients on various financial concepts and strategies to help them make informed decisions.

• Stay updated with financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies to provide informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide holistic financial solutions.

• Develop and maintain client relationships at an advanced level, providing exceptional customer service and confidentiality.

• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and management.

• Local and regional travel may be required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in comprehensive holistic financial planning with a demonstrated ability to partner with internal stakeholders to manage High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships. Specific experience with tax and/or insurance planning is a plus.

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, working towards the designation, or other relevant certifications is a plus but not required.

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner with a track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in financial planning software and tools (eMoney Advisor, MoneyGuidePro, etc).

• High level of integrity both personally and professionally practicing a fiduciary approach to managing client relationships.
