Provide thought and people leadership to the Point of Sale QA (Quality Assurance) teams. Responsible for functional testing, managing process and delivery timelines, providing input into strategic decisions, and guiding technical activities to ensure customer needs are met. Lead a team of Software Engineers in test to ensure the highest quality product delivery for the team. Define, rollout, and enforce best practice processes in the areas of functional, system and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated testing. Maximize the utilization of Testrail for efficient test case management and reduce total turnaround time for regression tests of releases. Improve the existing automation test coverage by utilizing the existing testing infrastructure and researching new approaches of automation across a variety of automation tools. Develop test strategies, test plans, and test schedules for new projects and software releases. Oversee and report on the development, execution, and results of test plans. Work closely with Developers. Participate in project planning and estimates. 100% work from home from anywhere, reports to HQ.
