We are offering an exciting opportunity located in Lyons, New Jersey. The role involves working as a Billing Clerk in the legal industry. You will be expected to perform various tasks related to processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer credit.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly.

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilizing legal billing systems for efficient operations.

• Applying your skills in Microsoft Office Suites and IBM AS/400 for day-to-day tasks.

• Handling billing functions and claim administration effectively.

• Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Utilizing your knowledge of accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Claim Administration

• Understanding of Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
