Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Operations Improvement Analyst is an expert in revenue cycle processes, order handling, management tools, systems and is an active thought partner who ensures appropriate use of technology in Revenue and Finance operations. This role acts as an intermediary between cross-functional partners such as IT, Finance, Patient Access, and Patient Financial Services to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design by using appropriate tools and models. The Revenue Cycle Operations Improvement Analyst role requires independent judgement on process, approach, and methodology in providing deliverables that inform company decisions and strategy. They perform a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to help inform department decisions and strategy, work closely with leadership within the revenue cycle functions to develop ways to analyze and report key operational measures, develop tools to target performance measures and plans to achieve these. This position will develop, manage, and undertake special analyses as required. This position provides primary support to the Revenue Cycle Teams including Laboratory Support Systems, Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Systems, Contracting and Credentialing, and Quality Teams.
