With a diversity of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with other curious, creative 3Mers.This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs a Human Cyber Risk Learning Architect Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Objectives for the Human Cyber Risk Management Learning and Development program include:Identifying critical skills and competencies required to mitigate human cyber riskImproving learning outcomesAligning cybersecurity training to business goalsEnabling continuous learningHere, you will make an impact by:Working with SMEs and collaborate with stakeholders to set direction and create instructional strategy that aligns to program objectives, streamline processes, and optimize efficiencyCreating CBT, ILT and VILT training solutions that align with business objectives, resolve knowledge, skill, attitude, and behavior gaps, as well as address regulatory requirementsDefining curriculum frameworks and build educational opportunities that foster cultural changeDeveloping interactive adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage users to protect dataDesigning courses and comprehensive programs that generate effective learning experiencesIntegrating web-based technologies content (audio, video, social media, online communities, blogs, storyboards, infographics, user guides, gamification elements, etc.)Creating multi-language curricula, toolkits and guides for technical and nontechnical audiencesTranslating sophisticated technical concepts into easily understandable contentPreparing comprehensive role-based training and conduct workshops for targeted groupsDesigning surveys, polls, questionnaires, and quizzes to assess learning outcomesEstablishing key metrics to demonstrate ROI; report on effectiveness of learning engagementsMeeting learning platform requirements, establish reporting mechanisms, and facilitate the logistical rollout of training programs based on regional and country-specific requirementsDeveloping process to maintain user training records, as well as consequences for noncomplianceCreating requirements and scope of work for vendor training solutionsProviding project management support and manage team of training professionalsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of experience in training and instructional design/developmentORHigh school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with eight (8) years of experience in training and instructional design/developmentANDThree (3) years of experience in cybersecurity awareness with attention to detail in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of experience educating on cybersecurity risk mitigation principles, theories, techniques and best practicesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Instructional Design/Development, Adult Learning, Education, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology from an accredited institutionAdditional certifications such as CPTD, SSAP, SACP, CSAPAnalytically-minded, comfortable with data and tests new ideas to improve impactStrong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional technologiesSkilled trainer, writer and visual creator who creates learning experiences that engage users, increase knowledge and influence behavioral changeProficiency with forming complex technical messages into easy-to-understand languageExcellent project management, problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering initiatives on time and on budgetExperience working in a large global, multicultural organization is helpfulWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site or hybrid)TravelMay include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
