Manpower is currently hiring Accounting Specialists in McAllen to join a reputable Non- Profit Organization . The Accounting Specialist will add value as part of the Finance and Accounting Department supporting the Controller.

Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: McAllen,TX

Pay Range: 30k-40k D.O.E

What’s the Job?

• Support the Controller and Accounting Staff to maintain accurate records including ledgers, journals, invoicing.

• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including vendor statements and identify discrepancies.

• Review monthly and quarterly investor reports on FICS and prepare for management

• Assistant the Account with audit schedules

• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and submit require reporting.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's in Accounting preferred, Associate's Degree

• Knowledge of database software, accounting software, Excel,

• Fluent in English and Spanish]
