US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics Fieldglass Manager

Role description The US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.

We're looking for a seasoned HR technology professional to support the Digital & Analytics team with the management of Deloitte's contingent workforce management (CWM) technology. Technology support for the system is split between the vendor (Fieldglass - cloud solution), Deloitte technology (Technical system admin) and this role (Business system admin) working closely with the Contingent Workforce Management Program Management Office (CWM PMO) business to ensure the technology supports the processes/business. This individual will need to demonstrate strong technology operations management, product backlog management, and leadership skills to govern and deliver system enhancements and releases.

Work you'll doAs the Digital & Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Act as the liaison between Talent teams (contingent workforce PMO) and the technology team on Fieldglass related issues

  • Lead and develop a team of US and India system administrators to support maintenance and issue resolution, act as an escalation point for the team as well as for Talent stakeholders, and coordinate with technology to resolve issues and defects

  • Mentor system administrators on all aspects of technical support, issue resolution and legal/compliance matters including supporting first and second level queries, managing user access and running reports

  • Drive cross PMO discussions on process ideas, decision points on template or system changes

  • Coordinate enhancements prioritization with the PMO leads

  • Serve as a business advisor on configurations and workflows to meet business needs

  • Translate business processes and use cases into technical configurations and design, and translate technical processes into training documentation

  • Coordinate with PMO teams to address requests or issues, including asking clarifying questions to fully understand the request, driving to root cause and working towards a solution where possible

  • Monitor vendor new releases, test system against multiple workflows; identify implications, manage changes, and communicate to appropriate system users

  • Update document templates and other system content as needed

  • Provide oversight to test planning and coordination with business teams to complete user acceptance testing

  • Interact on a regular basis with a broad group of individuals at all levels regularly exchanging complex information

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on impacts of system changes

  • PMO support to the TA Technologies product owners may be required as needed

  • Exercise knowledge sharing and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience

  • Expertise leading recruiting or contingent workforce implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment, Fieldglass experience preferred

  • Operational experience managing a large, complex system, including technical aspects of support

  • Subject matter experience with contingent workforce processes, additional experience with other Talent process areas preferred

  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

  • Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset

  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
